Comparison between different memories(PCM, STT, RAM, SRAM, DRAM, Flash NAND, HDD)

In combination, memristor shows an apparent advantage in integration density and reading and writing time.

Endurance: representing the maximum wiping time of device;

       STT RAM: Shared Transistor Technology Random Access Memory, the magnetic of which is Hindrance effect;

       SRAM: Static Random Access Memory is mainly used to make cache between CPU and motherboard.

       Advantage is fast speed(This memory has the fastest speed of reading and writing).

       Disadvantage is SRAM has a low integration density and it cant save  data when power down.

       DRAM: Dynamic Random Access Memory is mainly used in memory. Most parameters of memristor is same with  DRAM and it can be used to make memory.

       Flash(NAND): Flash Memory, it is used in solid state disk and pocket memory.

       HDD: Hard Disk.

       Advantage is low price.

       Disadvantage is obvious that its speed of reading and writing is slower than other memories by many orders of magnitudes.
