For UNIS, the biggest focus is on the domestic autonomous DDR4 memory, while they haven’t slowed down in the layout from the "core" to the "cloud", such as purchasing 30% stake of Suzhou Asen Semiconductors Co., Ltd.Regarding the progress of autonomous DDR4 memory, UNIS released that although they have the world's mainstream design level on the DRAM memory chip, their sales will not be too large since the capacity cannot be guaranteed.

According to UNIS's plan, their DDR4 chips are under development and are expected to be completed and brought to market by the end of the year. They are also increasing investment in DRAM memory chip and DDR4 is forecasted to be completed within this year, with DDR3 as the current mainstream product.

In addition, now UNIS is working on 256Gb core 3D NAND flash memory with 128-layer stack, while 32-layer 64Gb core 3D NAND flash memory will be available by the end of this year, 64-layer stack 128Gb core flash memory available next year.
